Cut dried parsley

A couple of weeks ago I harvested some parsley. I left the cut parsley to dry. Parsley dried indoors. The parsley is now dry. I cut off the stems and threw them away. And finely chopped parsley leaves. Although the parsley is dry, it smells good. Dry parsley can be used as a seasoning in winter. This made almost 1.5 gallons of dry fine parsley (we put the parsley in a plastic container). Parsley can also be frozen in the refrigerator. But this parsley was too old for that. There were yellow leaves. So we dried this parsley.
