Today we are making a lot of super healthy meals for my big family. I hope you feel inspired and try a few of these nourishing foods.

Lentil Porridge Recipe:
1 cup red lentils
1 cup rolled oats
3 cups water
1 can coconut cream
(Or 4 cups milk of choice sub for liquid)
6-10 dayes pitted and chooped
1 banana sliced
1 tsp real salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 sweet potato cubed optional sliced apple raisins, craisins or dried fruits of your liking.
Simmer ingredients 20 minutes and top with shredded coconut and fruit of choice. Enjoy!
