Healthy Meal Prep Recipe: Corn Flour Tortillas

1/2 Corn 1/2 Flour Tortillas Recipe

1 Cup Masa Harina
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Lard
1/2 -3/4 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup warm Water

Mix all ingredients into a soft uniform dough. cover with a wet cloth to rest 30 minutes. Roll out a 2 tablespoon ball of dough into a thin circle.
Fry on a lightly on a hot greased skillet for 40 seconds each side then longer to make brown spots on each side. Do not over cook. Enjoy.
