Woman FIRED After Company TRACKED Her Computer With a Keystroke Detector! THE MACHINES ARE WINNING!

Suzie Cheikho worked for Insurance Australia Group (IAG) for 18 years. By all accounts, a competent employee, until work from home became an option. She was justifiably terminated after her productivity nosedived and excuses started to increase.

While firing a lazy employee is part and parcel of running a business, the way they came to their conclusion is a bit off-putting. Employing a keystroke detector to monitor time working, or in Cheikho's case, not working, is a proficient way to assess competence of someone. On the flipside, it's also an inch closer to a nanny state because people are too lazy to be trusted.

You brought this on yourself.
