I’ve been meaning to send this for a while, but, well, life…
We want to thank you and your crew from the bottom of our hearts. We’ve been taking care of Ron’s parents since the middle of May, trying to get my father-in-law’s foot healed from a nasty diabetic wound, and now, prostate cancer treatments. You have no idea how relieved I am when we get home on Thursdays from one treatment or another and know that the lawn has already been taken care of. Initially, it was a bit of a hard sell to Ron, but we are both happy with the decision to hire you and your crew. I’m sure you hear it when you do something not to a client’s satisfaction (I’ve spent MANY years in customer service, so I am aware) so I only thought it necessary for you to hear it when your customers are grateful. Please pass our thanks to the men and women who make up our wonderful crew.
