Ukraine has ordered nearly 12,000 civilians to evacuate, as Russian forces step up their attacks in the country’s North-East.

In the South at Zaporizhzhia, 50 kilometres from the city’s nuclear power plant, at least 4 people have been killed and 20 left wounded by Russian strikes.
