Wow wow!
Another super presentation by Liz tonight - The concept or the crown cheating at Simon Says makes so much sense!

Liz also takes through Sue Grey's recent judgement by NEW ZEALAND LAWYERS AND CONVEYANCERS DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL bought to them by Nelson Standards Committee, of no wrong doing on Sue's part with regards to her behaviour alleged by the Standards Committee to be unprofessional blahh blahh.
This is a fantastic result for Freedom of Speech for all of us which we can use to protect our Unalienable Rights protected in law

Timeline:

01:45 Liz: “Simon says” the childhood game as a training game – Mass formation – Got people used to following orders from people they think are in authority Legislation as an adult form of the game

06:03 Liz: How does one become adult Simon? – Lizs’ new mind map “How do you get to give orders?” explained – We the people, are sovereign – We give the orders –> How? Through voting –> House of representatives/Legislature –> “Crown” Executive/Prime Minister and cabinet & GG – Scribes & “enforce” the COVID-19, vaccination framework orders – Orders only signed off by Executive with no debate so become secondary legislation - The Courts interpret the orders

09:11 Liz: Police seem to be an enforcers? – Police usually stick to the policing Act and prosecutions, Policing Act 2008 – Video “ I Went to the World Economic Forum as a Spy —THIS is What Scared Me The Most – Working with the “Crown” – The 10 planks of the Communist manifesto and relevance (see recent zoom Ep 51 20230607 (W) Cultural Marxism is New Zealand. See content links below) – They have to destroy capitalism

12:06 Liz: How the legislative game works – Writing up legislation, can be positive orders or negative orders – Had to been able to read the legalese under an artificial time constraint – Fine tooth comb analysing and you will understand it – Vaccination orders covered 10 groups - Schedule 2 COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 - Groups of affected persons and relevant requirements

13:44 Liz: PCBU had a choice of Clause 9 or 12A exemptions, difference explained – Schedule 2 COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 - Groups of affected persons and relevant requirements – Clause 12A Power of Minister to grant exemptions - COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Amendment Order 2021 – Ashley Bloomfield to grant exemptions – OIA revisited - How many clause 12a exemptions were received and approved? – 11,005 people - Section 191 revisited – OIA revisited - How many Notifications of Covid-19 were received by WorkSafe? – 23 from 2019 to present day – More OIAs needed to investigate

17:50 Liz: Ultra vires happenings – WorkSafe & Masterton business – Charged under COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 with prices – Fines that don’t match up - Revisit this section (they didn't have an act of Parliament to give them authority to work under) – No legislation about how it was against the law to open business doors to the unvaccinated – Charge was under health and safety and Employment Act: vehicle registration

21:21 Liz: Revisits why it was unlawful – Section 191 Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 - Designated agencies – See zoom Ep 1. 20221125 (F) - CVC OPT-IN OR OPT-OUT could it be that simple - Health Act 1956

35:29 Liz: Liz discusses the charges against Sue Grey - https://www.justice.govt.nz/assets/Documents/Decisions/2023-NZLCDT-33-Nelson-Standards-Committee-v-Grey.pdf – [10] Ms Grey is an experienced Nelson-based lawyer who practices in the field of public law, with an emphasis on human rights, resource management law and medico-legal matters – [11] As well as her legal qualifications, Ms Grey holds a science degree with majors in microbiology and biochemistry, as well as a Royal Society of Health Diploma in Public Health Inspection.

42:10 Liz: Discussion re Sue continued – “During 2021 and 2022, the practitioner engaged in a course of conduct which denounced and criticised the response of the government to the COVID-19 pandemic” – N8 employment court case soon to be decided – Freedom of speech – Political expression

56:07 Liz: Discussion re Sue continued – Since the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been particularly prominent in challenging some of the subordinate law legislation

1:10:46 Liz: Discussion re Sue continued – Section 13 New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 - Freedom of thought, conscience, and religion – Section 11 New Zealand Bill of Rights Act - Right to refuse to undergo medical treatment – New Zealand ratified the ICCPR on 28 December 1978 – Rights under International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights

1:29:22 Liz: Recommended to read the above document – We've got our own constitution it's in the form of those documents that are in schedule one of the Imperial Laws Application Act 1988

1:33:10 Liz: Open chat – Take them all as a as a badge of courage
