A couple of meal prep meals and a white sauce for previously made meatballs.

White “Swiss” Sauce
40 g A1 steak sauce
132 g Fat free plain Greek yogurt
190 g cream of mushroom (mine was homemade with almond milk)
19 g minced garlic
19 g Better than Bouillon Chicken
45 g diced white onion
1 - 4 oz can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
