Wall scratches/tiks/taps to sleepdeprive & disturb targeted victims

Since 2017 when my targeting went super overt from covert I have come across many events where perpetrators from the other side of the wall make soft scratching noises, tapping noises and Tik noises to let the target know they are there and observing

I went through all these phases in the giant dorm where perps would thrown flashlights on my face to wake me up, scream at my ear, or play fights, bang soccer ball next to my bed I have all recordings of these incidents that took place.

Sadly they killed two perps who used to be handlers of group of boys and put one under psych abuse. So this is what they do to perps after using them.

Anyway I have seen targets mention these types of harassments after moving into new area

I'm, however - here in UFSM dormitory since 2018 so I've had quite a lot of perps being changed, brought as neighbors, as watch groups like this some months stasi couple they brought by their military handler who uses WiFi tech on me in CCS 26 A building where US spook agent works together with them running brainwave tech on me

Everytime I sit down, read a book, write ✍️ something or watch something the perps from room 2446 do this scratching/ticking noises while the perp from room 2427 do the bang noises from below and perp from room 2551 does the dragging chair or table noises

Like I said I'm used to these as they are very old days harassment which they've been using nonstop

This just to stay here as a sample for other victims to match it and spread more awareness about organized crime and psychiatric bait abuses led by crooks and corrupts
