So when your server degrades and they all do due to persistent entity streaming, the already horrbile tick rate and desync make the AI... uh. Slow. CIG is currently incapable of fixing this issue till they hammer out server meshing and optimize. This footage is from early 3.19 and things seem a bit better now, but depending how fresh the server is milage may vary. Enjoy.
