Capital Nonsense at The Mississippi State Capitol

For some reason in Jackson Mississippi, they believe that you have to ask permission for rights. For what reason would they ask you to sign a piece of paper to ask permission to take pictures in a public area when there’s no requirement to show identification or proof that you have to even shared your actual name? Doesn’t it seem pretty pointless if you can put false information on a paper to take pictures? Let me know what you think about this video in the comment section

And just so everybody is on the same page, I did not put my real name on this form. So at the end of the day, what good did them wanting a form filled out really do?
