The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Jeffrey Rath, a lawyer with 32 years of experience in constitutional and administrative law. He won several Supreme Court cases and has litigated several people negatively affected by the covid mandates.
He talks about the negligent and delusional vaccine buffet that health minister Henshaw told Alberton's to get. There are no tests that it is safe to mix different vaccines. They have never been conducted, and advising people to do so was negligent.
He describes the problems with the courts using reasonable or reasonableness when making decisions where a citizens rights are violated. He states that correctiveness should be the decision factor and not reasonableness. The other problem is that judges defer to the expertise and do not question their testimony. In Henshaw's case, there were no other experts. She was the government’s expert.
He says there is legislation that needs to be taken out of existence, and he describes that in his excellent testimony.
Jeffrey says if they were held accountable, this wouldn't happen. Many lives and businesses were destroyed by someone's decision, and nobody wants to admit responsibility. He encourages everyone to text, email, or write letters to their MLPs. Alberta is in a good place right now, but we have to keep fighting and never give up until there is change.
