Know thyself: WALK in SILENCE outdoors in the FRESH AIR, away from it all

I am discussing and reading from an excellent book, which I highly recommend: "A Philosophy of Walking", by Frederic Gros, translated by John Howe and Andy Bliss, (2014, 2015, 2023), published by Verso. The author discusses 'Walking' as a 'break' from work, a stroll, but more intensely, as being alone, with yourself, and its effects on the soul, and mind, using many philosophers (Nietzsche, Rousseau, Thoreau, Kant....) as examples of how 'walking' affected them and their philosophies.
