Former Scientologist, Leah Remini, is suing the Church of Scientology and it's founder, David Miscavige, claiming the organization has committed multiple acts or tortious conduct against her as retaliation for speaking about the organization in a negative light.

Remini left the Church in 2013, and has since released a book and a famous series on A&E: "Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath"
