Removal of Epidermoid Cyst on the Upper Back

This lesion had been present for a number of years and the patient was tired of it occasionally draining. It took a little bit of time to 'tease' this out but I think in general residents and medical practitioners should approach these without a need to rush. I apologize for my hand getting in the way as much as it does. I'll try to work on that moving forward.
