Drainage of an infected epidermal cyst at the base of the neck

This is a pretty straightforward drainage of an infected epidermal cyst. The nape of the neck is a difficult area to prep as small baby hairs abound. That being said, sometimes hair nets and the like can help but this was done in clinic and those simply weren't available. Please feel to comment.
