According to Syniehubov, the Russian army attacked the city of Kupiansk at midnight using FAB-250 guided aerial bombs. The municipal council building was damaged in the attack. The Russian Army's attack continued to harm civilians. As a result of the attack, a 41-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were injured. At 07:30, the Russian army attacked Kupiansk again. A civilian building was damaged in the attack. According to Syniehubov, the Russians used guided aircraft bombs and other weaponry to strike populous areas in the districts of Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupiansk the previous day. Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, Pershotravneve, Cherneshchyna, Podoly, Dvorichna, Masiutivka, and other localities were particularly targeted by Russian forces. Houses and agricultural structures were destroyed, and flames erupted.
