How to skive your leather ends for a better finish

In this tutorial video I show you how you can improve the finish of your leather project with skiving.
What do I mean by skiving? This is a way to finish your ends for a better look. In this tutorial I will show you how to finish the leather in the two most common ways. One end of the leather thinned down to nothing and the other end to half thickness.
I will make a simple key fob that uses both of these techniques. This is similar to the dreaded Irish martingale used to asses your skill for the city and guilds saddlery exam. TBH I would have taken more care with this if this was a test piece!
Just out of interest I have ordered a new Bluetooth microphone as I couldn't quite believe how often the cable dropped in to the video.
