Meanwhile, for a better understanding of the concept of Web 3.0 let me take you through the evolution of the Internet starting with Web 1.0 Tim Bernes wrote and presented a document in 1989 titled "Information Management A Proposal" in his presentation, he summarised "Network" like this- a network of information systems interconnect by hypertext links. So in effect, Tim can be described as the brain behind the Web 1.0 era. Therefore the '90s and early 2000s can be described as the beginning of Web 1.0.
