Diablo 4- Endgame...Epilogue?

After defeating Lilith, we return to Lorath who sends us to find Neyrelle. We go off in search, but we find a letter instead of the girl. Lorath reads the letter and finds out that she is on a mission that may destroy her. She works with Mephisto...after the credits, its not over through! We seem to have an epilogue...more quests...more missions...more battle!
