I've been meditating for awhile now. I try to do it daily but sometimes things just gets too hectic. In this video, I wanted to create something a bit cooler (literally) and decided to bring the imagery to the high mountain alps. I wonder how tranquil it must be with no one but you and the winter winds and snow, meditating on life and the inconsequentiality of our problems.

STEPS:
1 - Focus on the sound on the wintry wind through the gentle music and imagine yourself as a single flake of snow. Where would the wind blow you? What would you see? Who would you encounter?
2 - Inhale good energy through the nose
3 - Exhale bad energy through the mouth
