Training with WWE Sheamus the Day After Summer Slam

Imagine taking huge bumps Friday and Saturday in 15+ minute matches including a Battle Royal then flying home and immediately jumping into this leg day on Sunday.
@wwesheamus is different. Absolute insanity!
This workout we did 4 sets of RDL on the belt squat superset with leg curls, 5 total sets on the belt squat, 3 sets of leg press and finished with leg press calf raises.
We have found the fountain of youth, it just requires hard work!
