𝟏. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐲𝐦, go 4 to 5 times per week following a strength training program with progressive overload.
𝟐. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 before- Make a list of activities and tasks that will help you get towards your goals and tick them off when completed. This will build momentum and this builds your confidence keeping the promises you make to yourself and following through.
3. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬- Get in the habit of being proactive and talking to people like the barista at the coffee shop or the girl you see who looks cute, stop waiting for choosing signals and just go for it. This confidence will translate to your business and work life of having a fearless attitude and not being afraid to get rejected. Most guys do not achieve their goals in dating or business due to the fear of rejection which actually is part of success.
𝟒. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲- This can be 10 minutes meditation, affirmations and a vision board, you want to focus on who you are becoming and your goals and focus on what you want. You will shift your beliefs through consistency and by combing this with taking action and then your identity will start to change into the person you want to become.
𝟓. 𝐃𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬- I recommend to learn some form of martial arts for your confidence even if it for a few months. This will get over your fear of confrontation and make you more humble.
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐃𝐨 𝐍𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐩, 𝐈 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐟𝐚𝐩 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞.
However just doing nofap is not enough as you will have excess sexual energy that needs to be transmuted and if you cannot talk to girls and have anxiety about cold approach you will end up with massive nut tension. 𝐍𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧= Sexual energy that has not been channelled properly. A lot have this and give off a weird energy because they don't know how to approach and just frustrated.
