8 oz (about 225 grams) of your favorite noodles (such as rice noodles, egg noodles, or soba noodles)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, etc.), sliced or chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (such as canola or peanut oil)
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional)
