Find closeness with yourself by spending your focus; attuning your gaze to things that bring you bliss unconditionally to reinforce emotional safety within your body and the present moment by:
• Looking after pets
• Time in nature
• Any source of laughter
• Walking
• Meditation
• Swimming
• Kindness to someone in need
• Activities that require use of our hands: woodwork, craft, noodling, drawing, gardening
Each time we spend time in these types of activities we grow our ability to self-relate and identify internal messages that destroy our peace and we have the opportunity to regrow trust of ourselves and our choices.
