Draining a facial hematoma

Hematomas will often form secondary to procedures or blunt trauma. If they are small, you can certainly choose to leave them alone and the body will slowly resorb them. Larger ones, however, can become infected, break down the overlying tissues, or simply take forever to resolve. They are easy to drain and should heal quite nicely.
