Keratoacanthoma versus SCC

Differentiating Keratoacanthoma's (KAs) versus Squamous Cell Cancer's (SCC) cannot be done visually and there is certainly an argument to be had that KAs really are just different stages of a SCC. This developed very quickly and needed to be addressed similarly quickly or the removal component can start to become more involved. What I really wanted people to see was how well these cases can heal. I have two follow up videos attached and the final one is only 3 weeks after the original procedure and you can barely see the incision line. Pathology confirmed all the cancer was removed with clear margins. Have a good night!
