Removal of an Epidermal Cyst on the upper back/neck

This area is sometimes difficult to work in as often these cysts drain often and are therefore associated with some scar tissue. This one, thankfully, came out nicely with minimal scar tissue present. I have already seen this case in follow up and everything has healed nicely.
