If you are queazy then you might just want to see the initial lac and then fast forward to the follow ups to see how well these turn out. In basic lac repair they'll teach medical personnel to start from one edge of a laceration and proceed to the other. In larger lacs or stellate lacs, it is important to restore appropriate anatomy first and foremost. This repair is not complicated, it is just a bit grizzly. I did have to tidy the edge up a bit before I started filming and perhaps I should have shown this as well. Regardless, once the critical edges are opposed, the rest if fairly straightforward.
