BEST sugar free options from Costco! (Is Aspartame really a big deal?)

Join me as I tour Costco looking for the BEST sugar free options (during the summer season collection!). Some of these will contain Aspartame, some will have sucralose, and others erythritol. These sugar free options will help you greatly whether you are beginning a weight loss journey, just trying to shed a few extra pounds, or are trying to maintain your new physique for the long term.

When I train clients the first thing I look for in their diet is unnecessary sugars and fats, often in the forms of sugary sauces and flavorings to drinks.
