Ingredients :
For Pasta :

Pasta : 150g
Salt : (As per taste)
Water
Oil : 2tsp
Butter : 1tsp
Garlic : 1tsp chopped
Onion : 2 diced
Carrot : 50g
Yellow capsicum : 50g
Green capsicum : 50g
Red capsicum : 50g
Corn seeds : 50g
Black paper powder : 1tsp
Butter : 2tsp
All purpose flour(Maida) : 2tsp
Milk : 350m.l.
Fresh cream : 100m.l.
Chilli flakes : (sprinkle it)
