Abortion could be on Ohio ballots for elections to come

Senate President Matt Huffman blamed certain Republicans like John Kasich, Bob Taft and Betty Montgomery, for why Issue 1 went down. He also said that if abortion passes in the next election, there's a good chance it will reappear for elections to come.
