No Added Colour, Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India, there are many variations in masala pav,this is one of the best of them, vegetable in the curry include green capsicum, cauli flower, cabbage, tomato, green chilli, onion, potatoes and boiled peas.

cabbage : 100g(chopped)
Tomato : 300g(chopped)
Green chilli : 6/7(chopped)
Ginger garlic paste : 1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli pow : 5tsp
Turmeric powder : 1½tsp
Pav bhaji masala : 5tsp
Butter : 300g
Boiled green matar : 150g
Salt (as per taste)
Onion : 300g chopped
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
Boiled potato : 500g
Water
Fenugreek leaves : 10g
Pav bread : 10
Green capsicum : 150g
Coriander leaves : (for garnishing)
