After serving Washoe County as a Deputy Sheriff for 26+ years, working with senior citizens during COVID, running my own PI business where I’ve located families' loved ones at no charge because they didn’t have money to pay me, I think I’ve established a good reputation.

During the last ten months, I’ve been questioned about ‘trackergate’ by the RGJ, The Nevada Indy, KUNR regarding my involvement. As you have learned from the video, I have just been vindicated by the City Clerk and the Sparks Police Department, the law enforcement entity assigned to investigate. They have cleared me of any involvement, and Mayor Schieve is well aware of my non-involvement since she was present with Sparks PD in December 2022. I find myself increasingly fatigued by the consistent character assassination attempts and endeavors to tarnish my hard-earned reputation.

Mayor Schieve, it is evident that I am not implicated, as you have been informed. I am becoming increasingly exasperated by the allusions you repeatedly make, insinuating my participation in the placement of a tracker on your vehicle. I categorically deny any such involvement.

Should I continue to hear such insinuations from you or the Vice-Mayor, coupled with my name being invoked in such a manner, I will be compelled to resort to legal recourse.
