10: Humility & Honor | Love & Truth Network

In many countries around the world, June has become known as LGBTQ+ pride month. All the festivities are supposed to lead to happiness, freedom, and fulfillment — declaring good what God has declared sin. But pride (the foundation on which all of this is built) can never lead to life, joy, or human thriving. Pride ultimately leads to misery and emptiness. In fact, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6, 7).

So, as a ministry team at Love & Truth Network, we felt prompted to join with others of like mind and heart to choose a different path and invite others to join us as we embrace a fresh initiative of Humility & Honor. We know we are in desperate need of God's abundant grace. And the way to Him and His lavish grace is found in turning away from pride and sin, not reveling in them.

We invite you to join with us — link arms with us and other Christ-followers. Not to make an empty statement on a website or social media, but rather to live differently — to embody and grow in humility and honor. This is the pathway to life.
