I Need Your Help!! What Parts Does the Game Boy Micro Use?!?

I am never one to shy away from a project, especially if I can get something at a reasonable price. I recently managed to score a pretty nice looking Famicom Edition Game Boy Micro off of eBay, but it needs some love. This is where I am turning to you, the community, as I need YOUR help! What parts does the Game Boy Micro use and what parts do I need to get it back and working.

I've been on the lookout for a Famicom edition Game Boy Micro for some time, and I have an alert setup on eBay to notify me when one pops up under $200 it lets me know. Well, just this week one popped up that caught my eye, but it needed some parts. From the listing:

"Console is tested and works but it does have a couple of issues. There was no sound, so needs a new speaker. The power button is loose so it will shut off randomly. And it is in need of a new battery. Screen is a little faded. Comes with a charging cable. Does play games"

I've fixed or repaired systems like this in the past, but looking at the Game Boy Micro it appears that the speaker is different than other units. Most other Game Boys use a pressure fit between tabs and the back of the speaker which just makes contact on the PCB to work. The only one I've found thus far has a set of pigtail leads, but I don't want to spend almost $20 on a single speaker. What replacement speaker does the Game Boy Micro use?

Next up is the power switch. It kinda, sorta, maybe works, but it quickly turns off. I've sprayed the switch out with electronic contact cleaner, but it's still not working consistently. I've looked on a few different sites and not found a direct replacement. Again, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Finally, the screen is ok, but definitely needs some help. Doing some initial research, I've seen a few IPS Screens for around $15 to $25 dollars. Have you replaced the screen on one of these before? If so what did you use? I can't wait to hear your recommendations!
