Heavy shelling causes civilians to flee Ukrainian town

Ukraine's Police recorded its officers evacuating civilians and their pets from the south-eastern frontline town of Vuhledar. In a press statement accompanying the video which was released on Wednesday (August 9) , the police said that heavy Russian shelling delayed the evacuation process, and that some shells targeted the evacuation vehicles.
