Peruvian Aircraft Catches Fire on Crash Landing

Info: A flight from Lima, Peru ended with a crash landing in the town of Jauja. The plane carrying 141 people crashed and caught fire upon landing. After sustaining a broke wing, the aircraft veered off the runway and burst into flames. Witnesses say the incident is being attributed to a loss of control due to high winds and the possibility of a tire exploding on landing. However, Peruvian officials are reporting the fire was caused when the broken wing scraped the runway. Fortunately, the crash only resulted in minor injuries, as passengers were quickly escorted off the plane.
