Handling Customers That Only Want To Text
Who else has had this, customers that say only deal with me via text message? When it comes to texting, My two takeaways is this.
Number one, we get to write our own rules and say this is how we do business. And then number two, I think my opinion is that I can share with someone how we do business. And if I'm not gonna text, I'm gonna say, Hey, you know, we are more than happy to, to use text message to keep you updated throughout the project.
However, the way we do business is it does require an in-home visit for us to communicate how we can help and answer your questions. When's a good time for that visit and that way we can kind of skirt the question and, and if they say, great, then we're in the house. And if they say no, we get to decide what we wanna do.
