More than a dozen injured in blast at factory near Moscow

A blast rocked an optical-mechanical factory in the town of Sergiev Posad, 30 miles (50 km) northeast of Moscow, on Wednesday (August 9), injuring at least 16 people, TASS cited emergency services as saying.
