How to Set Up a Balcony Aquaponics System

G'Day Folks. Today we're setting up a small balcony aquaponics system I picked up cheaply second hand. I run through some changes I've made & included a load of tips that may help you with your own DIY aquaponics system build. A system this size could easily be made using similar sized totes cheaply purchased from hardware, farm supply or pond stores.
