That time the Mayor of Winchester, Indiana sent a text message to a 19 year old man saying: "YOU BRINGING THE COCAINE".

This was part of an interview from: 06.28.23. 'Bilbrey LIVE!' & 'The Bastards of Politics' Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey was speaking with Guest: Louis Galligan (former friend & political supporter of Winchester, Indiana Mayor Bob McCoy).

Mr. Galligan has recently alleged that Mayor McCoy has been "purposefully destroying public documents and withholding them" from Joshua 'Civic Duty' Kimbrell, Bilbrey & possibly others! Mr. Galligan has claimed that Mayor Bob and others within the Winchester City Government have been involved in quite a few unsavory acts! Mr. Galligan has also provided "messages" that were allegedly sent from Mayor McCoy to Mr. Galligan... these "messages" spell out many inappropriate thoughts and actions, such as: "bigotry", "body shaming" and other, possibly illegal, activities... including "narcotics use/possession/distribution".
