Guys, stop fooling yourselves, just eating healthy just isn't cutting it ... if its not in the soil then it is definitely not in the food ... you need to supplement ... not with just any supplements either 🤔
It has been well documented that most supplement bought off the self are full of fillers... if you want the best all natural ones reach out to me ...
Now for those sports drinks 🤦‍♀️
If you are still wasting your money on those carbonated drinks that are full of suger and a lot of other harmful stuff you need to stop NOW!! Please please please ... far to many people young ones in particular are dropping dead on the playing fields ...
