Is my number plate LEGAL ?

I bought this number plate from FOURDOT designer number plates a few months ago now.

I always wondered if it would really pass an MOT (Annual Road Worthiness Check for non UK viewers).

Well, it came to that time where the bike (Ambrosia) needed to get a new MOT and I thought I'd check with some garages to see if this number plate was an issue before I put it through only to have it fail on it. Watch the video and find out the answer.
