Learn How to Hear the Voice of the Lord

Have you ever had a time in your life when you knew you had to hear from God? You needed specific direction, and you knew that you needed to hear a word of wisdom from God.

In order to really hear his voice, we have to turn off all of the things that keep us distracted: our TV, our phone, our devices. We need the silence to hear His voice.

But many times, instead of waiting on the Lord to clearly hear His voice, we make quick decisions that seem logical to us.

We act on it, and the result of that decision becomes a curse instead of a blessing, because we failed to stop and wait for the voice of the Lord giving us a confirmation of His will.

As believers and disciples of Christ, we are supposed to do life with Jesus, not just add Him on to whatever we are doing. Even better is when we do life through Jesus

But in order for us to do life through Jesus, we have to learn how to hear His voice.
