Paypal Launches Stablecoin $PYUSD What Does That Mean For Crypto?

So yesterday Paypal announced the launch of their new stablecoin called the PYUSD with the ticker symbol $PYUSD. Today I'll cover what I think that means for crypto as a whole and also what I think it means for stablecoin regulation in general.
