Russia claimed to have struck a command post in the Eastern Ukrainian town of Pokrovsk. Moscow said that it targeted the Ukrainian Army's infrastructure in the city of Pokrovsk. However, Ukraine alleged that the Russian attack had hit civilian targets, killing at least seven people.
