Whose side is the Supreme Court on ???

We took a big loss at the Supreme Court today on the Stay for frames and receivers.

Lower courts are going to read into this badly.

Unfortunately, the Supreme Court is still part of the government.

The Supreme Court is not interested in individual rights. They are just interested in separation of power. They don't want the Judiciary Branch to lose power to the Executive Branch. That's what they're really protecting.
