Recently, an official inquiry revealed that the RAF engaged in unlawful discrimination against white men while attempting to increase diversity within their ranks. Even the former head of recruitment, who courageously refused to enforce an order that violated equality legislation, was compelled to resign. Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton, the current head of the RAF, has issued an unreserved apology to all those affected by these actions.
