There is a bug in which the cars stop spawning ... this is due to the new 'street dealers' addition. If a dealer is located where the car is supposed to spawn, based on which vehicle is next, the street dealer spawn will prevent the vehicle spawn. To get around this, one must just try every day until they all spawn in. Since it's random, there's no way of knowing if there's a conflict until one tries to complete the award (get all 10 within one day).

Day 1; I got five cars then it stopped. Day 2; two cars only. Day 3; five cars again and then they stopped spawning in again.
